Your Role:

As an Finance Supervisor, you will:

• Secure financial operations by monitoring and reviewing the daily processing of accounts payable, customer invoices, accounts receivable, general ledger, and account reconciliations.

• Maintain robust accounting controls by preparing, recommending, and implementing corporate policies and procedures, including cascading compliance updates and overseeing team onboarding orientations.

• Meet accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures, performing ledger account reconciliations, and meticulously maintaining assignment attributes within the Chart of Accounts.

• Complete all essential month-end and year-end closing entries and financial processes.

• Provide vital accounting support for audits by preparing thorough working papers, schedules, and management reports.

• Prepare and monitor cashflow data, including actual tracking and future financial forecasting.

• Supervise and maximize the day-to-day performance of direct reports and specialists within the Finance department.

• Complete all necessary corporate training requirements and professional development opportunities.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field featuring extensive accounting coursework.

• At least two years of solid experience in corporate accounting or financial auditing.

• Fluency in English with strong, effective written and verbal communication skills tailored for a multicultural environment.

• Proven ability to act independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Solid knowledge of core accounting standards, high attention to detail, accuracy, and strong computer literacy (particularly with Microsoft Office).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent).

• Practical experience or exposure to US Tax frameworks.

• Broad exposure to enterprise accounting software and ERP platforms such as NetSuite and Workday.

• Demonstrated team management or supervisor-level capabilities.
