Your Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Drive smooth Products operations by ensuring stakeholder engagement, procurement activity, and funding processes remain aligned.
- Maintain compliance and transparency across all operational workflows to enable better delivery and smarter spending.
- Facilitate the development and delivery of Products and Services across the enterprise through administrative and operational support.
- Coordinate procurement requests and track funding approvals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide clearer performance insights by maintaining accurate data and generating operational reportsfor leadership..
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Product Support, or Operations.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and financial/funding administration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail regarding compliance and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting.
- Ability to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.
- Preferred skills/expertise (ONLY preferred under this)
- Previous experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry.
- Experience with ERP or Procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
Preferred skills/expertise
- Exposure to ICT infrastructure and application projects.
- Previous experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry.

- Basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
