Your Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

• Drive smooth Products operations by ensuring stakeholder engagement, procurement activity, and funding processes remain aligned.
• Maintain compliance and transparency across all operational workflows to enable better delivery and smarter spending.
• Facilitate the development and delivery of Products and Services across the enterprise through administrative and operational support.
• Coordinate procurement requests and track funding approvals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide clearer performance insights by maintaining accurate data and generating operational reportsfor leadership..

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Product Support, or Operations.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and financial/funding administration.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail regarding compliance and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.
• Preferred skills/expertise (ONLY preferred under this)
• Previous experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry.
• Experience with ERP or Procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Exposure to ICT infrastructure and application projects.
• Previous experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry.
• Experience with ERP or Procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
• Basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
