Position Overview
Alloyed is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Client Solutions Consultant specializing in Digital Marketing in the business process outsourcing industry.
This Philippines-based position will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for digital ad operations services, with media planning support as a secondary capability.
The Client Solutions Consultant will participate in conversations with prospective and existing clients, gather and interpret their requirements, and contribute to the design of practical and scalable service solutions.
Once a partnership is established, the consultant will lead the implementation and onboarding process, guide the delivery team through launch and stabilization, and transition the account to the appropriate team.
The successful candidate must be prepared to lead client conversations from day 1, communicate fluently about digital ad operations, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the terminology, campaign workflows, advertising technologies, quality controls, and performance measures commonly used within the field.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Solutions Design
- Serve as Alloyed's Digital Marketing subject matter expert during conversations with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead discovery discussions to understand the client's campaign objectives, media plans, advertising platforms, trafficking requirements, creative specifications, tracking and measurement needs, reporting expectations, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Document technical, business and functional requirements.
- Translate client requirements into practical recommendations for the proposed service solution and delivery model.
- Present, explain, and validate proposed operational approaches with clients and internal stakeholders.
Implementation and Onboarding
- Lead implementations and onboarding activities for new Digital Marketing partnerships.
- Serve as a central point of coordination among clients, delivery center personnel, recruiting teams, Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, action items, dependencies, risks, and launch-readiness requirements.
- Coordinate discovery, campaign documentation, knowledge transfer, team onboarding, platform access, workflow configuration, tracking validation, quality-control design, and delivery-readiness activities.
- Guide delivery teams in adopting the client's advertising platforms, campaign setup and trafficking procedures, naming conventions, creative specifications, tracking requirements, QA controls, optimization workflows, reporting standards, and escalation protocols.
- Periodically demonstrate service-line tasks or processes during training when additional hands-on guidance is required.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide clear status updates, and escalate risks or decisions requiring attention.
- Support go-live activities and guide the partnership through the stabilization period.
Recruiting, Training, and Delivery Readiness
- Partner with delivery center recruiting teams to define the roles and qualifications required for new Digital Marketing programs.
- Develop or review job descriptions, interview questions, candidate evaluation criteria, and skills assessments.
- Review candidates and participate in interviews and selection discussions as needed.
- Contribute to training plans, onboarding programs, knowledge-transfer activities, and readiness assessments for newly hired delivery teams.
- Guide trainers and operational leaders in translating client materials into effective training and delivery practices.
Service-Line Development and Organizational Enablement
- Help develop and refine Alloyed's Digital Marketing service offerings, operating frameworks, discovery questionnaires, solution templates, SOPs, implementation playbooks, QA frameworks, automation opportunities, and best practices.
- Educate Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and other internal stakeholders on Digital Marketing services, terminology, capabilities, and potential client use cases.
- Review marketing materials, sales collateral, product concepts, and other service-line content for accuracy and alignment with Alloyed's capabilities.
- Stay current on digital advertising platforms, ad operations practices, campaign measurement, privacy requirements, process optimization, RPA, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging best practices.
- Evaluate relevant technologies, vendors, and potential partnerships and bring useful insights and recommendations into the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve service design, implementation practices, training, and delivery readiness.
Post-Launch Advisory Support
- Provide subject matter expertise when Client Success identifies concerning performance trends, service-line-specific challenges, or other operational needs.
- Help investigate complex campaign, tracking, reporting, or delivery issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements in coordination with the appropriate client and delivery stakeholders.
- Advise teams on client-specific campaign workflows, trafficking requirements, creative and tracking specifications, quality expectations, governance controls, escalation paths, and performance requirements.
- Support targeted improvement and automation initiatives when specialized Digital Marketing or ad operations knowledge is needed.
Digital Marketing Expertise
The successful candidate should have strong professional experience in digital ad operations and a working understanding of the broader campaign lifecycle, including:
- Campaign setup, trafficking, launch support, and campaign QA across ad servers, demand-side platforms, search and social platforms, publisher systems, and similar advertising environments.
- Campaign and creative QA, including validation of targeting, budgets, schedules, placements, tracking, naming conventions, creative specifications, functionality, links, messaging, and platform compliance.
- Campaign tracking and measurement, including ad tags, pixels, click trackers, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, third-party verification, implementation validation, and discrepancy troubleshooting.
- Post-launch monitoring, pacing, optimization support, creative rotations, campaign revisions, performance reporting, billing reconciliation, and campaign documentation.
- End-to-end ad operations workflows, from interpreting insertion orders and media plans through asset collection, trafficking, pre-launch QA, monitoring, optimization, reporting, reconciliation, and audit-trail maintenance.
- Campaign delivery and performance measures, including impressions, clicks, click-through rate, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions, viewability, pacing, and delivery against budget.
- Campaign governance and risk controls, including brand safety and suitability, viewability, invalid-traffic monitoring, third-party verification, approval workflows, audit trails, data privacy, consent requirements, and escalation procedures.
- Campaign source materials and operating documentation, including insertion orders, media plans, creative specifications, trafficking instructions, naming conventions, reporting requirements, client SOPs, training requirements, and quality-control procedures.
Ad operations is the primary focus of this role. Familiarity with media planning support is beneficial, but deep expertise across media planning, privacy, compliance, and every advertising platform is not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital advertising, primarily within ad operations.
- 3-5 years of experience working within a business process outsourcing environment.
- Strong functional understanding of digital ad operations and the ability to discuss relevant campaign workflows, platforms, controls, challenges, and solutions confidently with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing conversations and communicate effectively with marketing, media, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with campaign setup, trafficking, campaign and creative QA, tracking validation, pacing, monitoring, optimization support, reporting, and campaign documentation.
- Working knowledge of campaign tracking and measurement methods, core delivery and performance metrics, discrepancy troubleshooting, and campaign governance and risk controls.
- Ability to interpret insertion orders, media plans, creative specifications, trafficking instructions, naming conventions, reporting requirements, and client SOPs and translate them into clear operational workflows, training requirements, and quality-control procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong presentation, facilitation, requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with major categories of digital advertising technology, including ad servers, demand-side platforms, search and social platforms, publisher systems, and third-party verification tools, without requiring expertise in any specific platform.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as an ad operations lead, campaign operations lead, media operations lead, quality lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with process optimization, robotic process automation, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, or related technologies applied to ad operations; this experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience optimizing or automating campaign setup, QA checklists, trafficking workflows, pacing alerts, reporting, reconciliation, data validation, or other repetitive operational activities.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, or similar solutions; experience with any specific platform is not required.

Role Profile
This is a senior individual-contributor position. The Client Solutions Consultant will lead implementations, client discussions, and cross-functional initiatives but will not have direct people-management responsibilities.
