Job overview:
The Operations Specialist tasks are mainly administrative and support. Most of their time are spent in maintaining and creating records that the team can use in making management decisions and in order to provide support for the clients and staff. They assist in liaising with the departments and staff and help ensure that the client and staff requirements are met. They are also mainly in-charge of monitoring attendance and maintaining the staff's attendance records.

COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to all accounts on shift.
  • Responsible for tracking all deliverable of Operations for each client handled.
  • Responsible for reporting attendance of all clients handled.
  • Responsible for documentation of HR Related Corrective Actions and making sure it kept in file 202 - for all clients handled.
  • Responsible for filing tickets to Shared Services (HR, Facilities, Finance, Recruitment, IT and Ops) - and monitor the progress for all clients handled.
  • Ready to step in as the POC whenever the Account Manager is out.
  • Willing to handle other administrative tasks that may be requested by the client, other departments or the Operations
  • Assist Operations Managers and Account Managers from time to time.
  • Documents Minutes of the Meeting with the Shared Services Department, Clients or Client leads.
  • Handles Cash Advance and Liquidation for Ops and Clients handled.
  • All other duties as assigned
