Your role
As a Reservations Administration Associate, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients by identifying their concerns, offering effective solutions, and educating them on products and services
• Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues, as well as contribute ideas for improving products and services
• Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing a working knowledge of the current platform
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken
• Ability to adapt communication to different countries/cultures
• Numerate/Experience with spreadsheets - ability to complete calculations and translate time across time zones
• Experience with different proprietary web applications and MS Office Suite
• Customer focus
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Amicable to shifting schedules
