Your Role:

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies
• Implement and optimize APIs for EHR, payment, and logistics integrations
• Build and enhance UI/UX using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar
• Manage and maintain Java-based backend services, including CI/CD integrations
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS or GCP, ensuring system reliability and security
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployment workflows
• Conduct code reviews, enforce clean architecture standards, and document system changes
• Contribute to feature ideation and product roadmap discussions from a technical perspective

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a product-driven environment
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java, and RESTful API design
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Solid understanding of security, data privacy (GDPR), and authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT)

Preferred skills/expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in healthtech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
• Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments such as healthcare or fintech
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment, logistics, authentication, CRM)
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, analytics, and SEO optimization
