Role and Responsibilities:

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support the validation and quality of large-scale product data used across ecommerce and emerging data-driven applications. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product datasets through structured QA processes and hands-on data review. The ideal candidate has prior QA experience, is comfortable working with large datasets, and enjoys identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and validation on large-scale product datasets, including generated and transformed product data

• Review, audit, and verify product attributes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Use Excel or Google Sheets to manage, filter, sort, and analyze datasets with 30,000+ rows

• Identify defects, anomalies, and edge cases and document findings clearly

• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to resolve data quality issues

• Support ongoing improvements to QA workflows, validation processes, and documentation

• Contribute to testing efforts related to data enrichment, automation, and model outputs

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a technical QA, data quality, or validation-focused role

• Experience in ecommerce, product data, feeds, AI/ML evaluation, or large-scale data environments preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced filters, formulas, and sorting

• Experience validating large datasets (tens of thousands of rows or more)

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while following defined QA processes

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience
