Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

As a Outbound Sales Representative, you will:

• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent, high-quality outreach.
• Execute outbound cold calling campaigns to generate interest and qualify new leads in the defined market.
• Take full ownership of the customer journey, ensuring all appropriate follow-up actions are completed to close the sale.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and competitive market conditions to effectively position our service offerings.

What you need:
Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales funnel independently.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on meeting or exceeding aggressive sales target

Preferred Skills/Expercience

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound or inbound sales, ideally within a BPO or KPO setting.
• College or vocational graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced service environments.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with an outgoing and professional demeanor.
