Key Responsibilities

• Upload and process data accurately and efficiently
• Review documents and ensure all required details are complete
• Identify and correct missing or incorrect information
• Maintain accurate records and organise files accordingly
• Communicate professionally through email and with internal colleagues (onshore/offshore)
• Follow company processes and guidelines when handling documents
• Support the team with general administrative tasks



Qualifications:

• No prior BPO experience required
• Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors or missing information
• Intermediate computer skills
• Comfortable navigating different systems and tools
• Good with English written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• Organised, dependable, and able to manage repetitive tasks at speed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
