Your Role:

As a Data Processing Administrator, you will:

• Review and validate uploaded digital files and customer applications.
• Approve, reject, or return applications using web-based client platforms.
• Escalate system issues and technical glitches according to established procedures.
• Gather and provide raw data for daily and weekly client performance reports.
• Complete additional back-office administrative tasks as assigned by the client.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• File Verification: Experience reviewing documents and validating data for accuracy.
• System Aptitude: Comfort navigating multiple web-based tools and databases.
• Escalation Management: Ability to identify and report technical issues affecting daily output.
• Basic Reporting: Experience collecting and organizing basic work metrics.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior back-office data entry or document processing experience.
• Strong typing speed and high accuracy rates.
• Ability to follow strict, step-by-step processing rules.
• Familiarity with basic spreadsheet programs like Excel or Google Sheets.
