Your role
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients by identifying their concerns, offering effective solutions, and educating them on products and services
• Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues, as well as contribute ideas for improving products and services
• Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing a working knowledge of the current platform
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• At minimum, must have completed at least 2 years of college
• At least 2 years of experience in client services or customer service in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating various system tools and platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
