Position Summary

The Order Management Specialist plays a vital role in fostering genuine, long-term client relationships, going beyond transactional interactions to become a trusted partner.

Working closely with Account Managers, this offshore role based in the Philippines through MicroSourcing is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of purchase orders, shipments, and related documentation.

Role Level

The role best fits Intermediate to early Senior level (1–5 years experience) due to the requirement for:

  • End-to-end ownership of inbound and outbound order flows

  • Managing multiple concurrent transactions with strong prioritization and coordination

  • Exercising independent judgment in identifying and preventing processing risks and delays

  • Operating with high execution autonomy within structured operational processes rather than purely task-based support

Core Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound order management is a common core function of Accounts Coordinator roles in shared services and operations environments, involving:

  • End-to-end tracking of purchase and sales orders

  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for timely processing

  • Ensuring accurate order flow from initiation through fulfillment

Accounting and Finance Support

A common baseline function for Accounts Coordinator roles in the Philippines is light, operational accounting exposure such as:

  • Invoice support

  • PO–invoice matching

  • Basic reconciliation coordination with finance

These responsibilities serve as an adjunct function to order management rather than full accounting ownership.
