Your Role:
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation to market release.
• Lead hybrid frameworks combining SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and optimize release pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplify complex processes using Agile principles.
• Oversee financial budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity management.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• 5+ years in ICT or telecom project delivery.
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, or Engineering.
• Agile or Project Management certification (SAFe, Prince2, or PMP).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments
