Your Role:

As a Change Manager, you will partner closely with the Project Manager to lead the people's side of change during the transition from one application to another. You will ensure that stakeholders are informed, equipped, and supported throughout the process, and that adoption, user performance, and business outcomes are progressively measured and achieved.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Impact Assessment: Analyse the impacts of the system transition across people, processes, and technology. Identify who and what will be affected, determine change readiness, and assess potential risks or barriers to adoption.

• Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders impacted by the application transition and develop engagement strategies tailored to their roles and influence. Collaborate with project leadership to ensure alignment and maintain stakeholder confidence throughout the change lifecycle.

• Change Planning and Implementation: Develop detailed change management plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. This includes outlining the change implementation strategy, communication plan, training needs, and resistance management tactics.

• Communications: Design, develop, and deliver clear, consistent, and timely communication to impacted stakeholders to ensure the changes are well understood and adopted. This could involve various methods like emails, presentations, meetings, and intranet updates.

• Training: Assess training needs for impacted groups. Develop and deliver training programs to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to the changes.

• Resistance Management: Anticipate and address resistance by identifying pain points early and implementing proactive interventions. Support leaders and change champions in reinforcing desired behaviors and promoting a positive transition experience.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously track adoption progress, user performance, and business impact. Measure and report key change success indicators—such as adoption rate, user proficiency, and achievement of intended outcomes—and adjust strategies as needed to ensure sustainable change.

Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or business discipline highly regarded

• Experience working in outsourcing or a BPO environment preferred

• Project Management qualifications will be highly regarded

• Experience working directly with clients or client facing projects

• High level of experience with stakeholder coordination and management

• Previous experience in a similar role critical
