Responsibilities:

• ­Configuring, customizing and developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Designing, developing outstanding Dynamics CRM­ centric solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Maintaining development standards, documentation, and reviews with the team ­
• Support environment management, security roles, and solution deployment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a proven track record of effectively leading and managing a team of testers.
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure Integration Services a bonus
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving under pressure to meet deadlines.
