Your Role:

As a Payments Processor, you will:

• Review and process new opportunity contracts and documentation from Tax Associates.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding new file submissions and requirements.
• Schedule and process client payments, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Submit new financing files to the financing group for approval.
• Upload offline files into the client data folder to maintain updated records.

What You Need: 

Non-negotiables

• Sharp attention to detail to successfully review, verify, and process account files.
• Experience in reviewing new opportunity files and verifying payment information.
• High precision in data entry when recording payment schedules into client accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Proven ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of reliability and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and equipment (Outlook, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
