RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finance Duties:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems.
- Reviewing and chasing aged debtors.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Support payroll processing, including absence verification.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
Administration Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and office teams.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are properly stored and accessible.
- Manage supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other company events.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to finance and administration.
Compliance & HR Support:
- Assist with maintaining compliance records, including health and safety or HR documentation.
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork, visa's, medical and employee records management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
