Your Role:

As a Procurement Associate, you will:

  • Process daily purchase requests from different departments and sites in a timely manner.

  • Manage ticketing workflows and Bill of Materials (BOM) requests accurately.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, product quality, and service reliability.

  • Manage vendor relationships while maintaining updated accreditation and performance records.

  • Solicit and analyze vendor quotations to prepare accurate cost comparison summaries.

  • Create, monitor, and maintain purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies, and other materials.

  • Track and confirm the operational receipt and physical delivery of purchased goods and services.

  • Coordinate closely with requestors and the Finance team for invoice processing and payment tracking.

  • Process localized importation and exportation requirements, including government permits such as NTC, OMB, BOC, and GTSB.

  • Handle regular renewal and termination requests for corporate telecom plans.

  • Support team process improvement initiatives and remain open to exploring better ways of working.

  • Execute other specific tasks or project-based undertakings assigned by your immediate superior.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end purchasing, administrative sourcing, or procurement activities.

  • Proven familiarity with basic vendor evaluation, negotiation tactics, and quotation analysis.

  • Demonstrated capability to track purchase orders, handle invoice processing, and coordinate deliveries.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward operational efficiency.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Prior exposure to processing government permits or clearance workflows (BOC, NTC, OMB, GTSB).

  • Familiarity with coordinating corporate telecom plan accounts or managing Bill of Materials (BOM) tickets.

  • Basic proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, digital procurement software, or tracking platforms.
