Your Role:

As a Cybersecurity Support Officer, you will:

• Manage DMARC records for customers and generate related reports
• Provide technical consulting support on domain and email security management
• Administer and maintain the KnowBe4 security awareness platform
• Perform vulnerability management activities using Qualys
• Monitor and respond to alerts from security tools
• Generate and analyze technical reports from security and vulnerability platforms
• Assist security consultants with technical tasks and investigations
• Document policies, procedures, and security processes
• Manage and track activities within the CRM system
• Support coordination of cybersecurity-related projects (non-delivery role)
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and general office support

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Experience in office administration, executive assistance, or similar support roles
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project coordination
• Good communication skills for internal and client coordination
• Willingness to learn technical concepts within cybersecurity

Preferred skills/expertise

• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts (e.g., DMARC, vulnerability management, security tools)
• Familiarity with platforms such as KnowBe4 or Qualys
• Basic understanding of domain and email security
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma holders are welcome to apply
