Your Role:

As a Fleet & Travel Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary architect and operator of the company’s mobility programs, managing corporate vehicle assets, business travel, and service ticketing to ensure safety, policy compliance, and cost-efficiency.

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate daily trip schedules for company-owned vehicles and third-party transport providers, ensuring punctuality and VIP service standards for executives and internal clients.

  • Manage a team of professional company drivers, including roster scheduling, shift management, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and safety training enforcement.

  • Execute hotel and airline bookings for employees, executives, and international clients, delivering timely digital itineraries, confirmation vouchers, and corporate billing instructions.

  • Own the Fleet & Travel service queue by processing tickets for transport requests, room reservations, vehicle repairs, and urgent in-progress travel disruptions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Source and negotiate corporate rates with preferred hotel chains, leasing companies, maintenance workshops, insurance providers, and third-party transport vendors.

  • Monitor and track all operational expenses for fuel, tolls, maintenance, airfare, and lodging while regularly benchmarking vendor rates against market data.

  • Analyze trip volume, vehicle utilization, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to optimize fleet usage and deliver monthly actual-versus-budget financial variance reports to management.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate fleet management, travel operations, or mobility service desk administration.

  • Strong experience managing service queues and resolving ticketing requests under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Proven capability in vendor management, rate negotiation, and financial budget tracking (Actual vs. Budget and TCO analysis).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong commitment to customer service and safety compliance.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Direct experience supervising professional drivers and managing external transportation vendors.

  • Proficiency in travel management systems, fleet management tools, and corporate ticketing software.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle real-time crisis management and escalations (e.g., flight delays, hotel disputes, vehicle breakdowns).
