  • Manage incoming creative requests from teams outside of Corporate Affairs, balancing responsiveness with clear prioritization and deadlines.
  • Use an organized intake process (briefs, timelines, required inputs, review cycles) to set expectations and keep work moving efficiently.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify goals, target audiences, usage channels, and success criteria for each request.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support campaign creative needs, including paid and organic social assets, ad variations, landing page and website graphics, and email visuals.
  • Support thought leadership and communications efforts through report layouts, webinar/event assets, executive social content visuals, and brand storytelling graphics.
  • Maintain and evolve core design templates and modular systems (slide templates, one-pages, social formats) to enable speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Manage brand asset libraries (icons, illustrations, photography, templates) and keep files well-organized for team access and reuse.
