Job Responsibilities

• Active Receivables Collection: Initiate proactive contact with assigned client accounts via phone and email to collect overdue balances, issue periodic account statements, and secure timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Account Resolution & Escalations: Promptly process RMAs, issue credit adjustments, resolve client payment issues, and escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts for insurance claims or formal collection procedures.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain a high level of database accuracy by continuously updating account statuses and logging detailed records of all collection interactions.
• AR Reporting & Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews of Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Reports and compile periodic activity reports detailing collection metrics and AR performance for leadership.
• Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Perform related administrative and financial duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or department supervisors.

Qualifications

• US Collections Expertise: Proven experience in US B2B/B2C receivables collection is REQUIRED.
• Education: A 4-year university degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting) is highly preferred.
• System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or other major enterprise ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Accounting & Financial Literacy: Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and AR aging concepts.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills suitable for managing sensitive financial negotiations with US-based clients.
