Position Summary

Seeking a BIM Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support multidisciplinary design teams in the development, coordination, and quality control of BIM models. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, with experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate Revit models across multiple disciplines.

• Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software.

• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.

• Support project teams with model setup, file management, and quality control.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts.

• Generate construction documents, schedules, and project deliverables from BIM models.

Qualifications

• US Experience is required.

• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

• Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
