Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in sending invoices to customers and ensuring proper delivery and documentation.
• Submit payment links to customers and support payment collection by providing clear and timely payment options.
• Upload invoices to factoring partners accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review open RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) to ensure proper tracking, resolution status, and alignment with customer accounts and credit activity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date chargeback logs and RMA records.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) to appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and process improvements.

Non - Negotiable Requirements: 

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
