Your Role:

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Record, prepare, and verify Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in strict accordance with company policies and compliance procedures for MS Group.

• Analyze and reconcile vendor accounts thoroughly to isolate discrepancies, perform risk assessments, and detect fraud.

• Deliver precise month-end closing reports for AP Trade and related ledger accounts across MS Group.

• Serve as the key project handler or point of contact for SAP Concur, NetSuite, and Blackline regarding all AP-related system workflows and integrations.

• Review and analyze operational support tickets to quickly resolve system or process constraints.

• Manage critical accounts and high-volume AP portfolios with precision and accuracy.

• Ensure the proper, compliant application of local tax regulations, specifically Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).

• Generate ad-hoc financial reports and answer complex accounting queries from various internal business departments.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong progressive experience handling high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and full-cycle sub-ledger processing.

• Proven hands-on technical proficiency using NetSuite, SAP Concur, or Blackline accounting systems.

• Solid expertise in comprehensive vendor account reconciliations and fraud detection practices.

• Sharp analytical skills for handling ticket reviews, complex entries, and critical accounting tasks.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a similar professional finance qualification is a distinct advantage.

• Clear, working knowledge of financial regulations, particularly regarding the proper calculation and application of VAT and EWT.

• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills and responsiveness to business queries.
