Your Role:

As a Sr. Software Engineer – Full Stack, you will:

• Develop scalable, production-grade applications using Python, Node JS, React JS, and PostgreSQL to support large-scale business operations.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional platform, ensuring seamless system interactions and efficient workflows.
• Document requirements, specifications, and software functionality to ensure maintainability and long-term sustainability.
• Design, tailor, and deploy software tools, processes, and performance metrics to support data-driven development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end application development initiatives, driving technical direction, delivery timelines, and successful outcomes.
• Continuously improve software development methodologies and release processes using Agile and iterative development practices.
• Evaluate existing systems to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements that improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer with a strong track record of hands-on development.
• 3–5 years of experience working with Python, Node JS, React JS, and PostgreSQL.
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS, including designing and deploying secure, high-performance cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and release management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience working in distributed or cross-functional team environments.
  
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Experience building and deploying large-scale, high-availability applications.
  
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
