Your Role:

As an HR Information System Administrator, you will be the backbone of our HR systems infrastructure, ensuring seamless data integrity, robust system performance, and exceptional stakeholder support.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • System Optimization & Enhancements: Gather and validate user requirements for system customizations. Identify opportunities for HRIS enhancements and process improvements, supporting system enhancement projects and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a key point of contact for general HRIS inquiries. Review, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS processes across all modules, collaborating closely with IT and Applications teams.
  • Data & System Administration: Administer daily HRIS tasks including creating work schedules, BSB numbers, cost centers, managing bank account details, and updating system configurations. Handle ServiceNow queries, manage document updates, reset onboarding passwords, and process data imports.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate comprehensive reports on people’s data while maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation on system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Enablement & Customer Service: Offer coaching and develop Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to help stakeholders maximize HRIS functionality. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met by effectively managing client expectations.
  • General Compliance: Adhere to and role model company values, participate in annual Performance Development Review (PDR) processes, and maintain a strict commitment to workplace health, safety, and corporate policies.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HRIS or HR systems role.
  • Data Integrity: A fierce focus on data accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
  • Compliance: Deep knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Communication: Clear, articulate, and professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • System Expertise: Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors—particularly in Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and/or Reporting modules—is highly beneficial. An SAP SuccessFactors certification is ideal.
  • Technical Capability: Proven experience in system process amendments, system configuration, and notification management. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment using strong time and project management skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively translate and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and successfully coach end-users.
