Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing online marketplace and e-commerce platforms
• Support product listing creation, updates, and optimization
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates
• Assist with promotional setup, pricing updates, and campaign execution
• Help monitor sales performance and marketplace activity
• Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotions
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist with order monitoring and fulfillment coordination
• Maintain organized product and operational documentation
• Support basic reporting for sales, promotions, and platform performance
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor activity, and platform changes

Qualifications:

• Experience in E-commerce or Online Marketplace Operations
• Product Listing & Inventory Management Skills
• Strong Coordination & Administrative Skills
• Analytical & Reporting Capability
