Job Description:
Your Pre-Employment Form is a secure place where you upload the documents we need to complete your hiring process before your start date.
These documents help us verify your information, prepare your employment contract, and ensure everything is ready for your onboarding.
What do you need to do?
1. Access Your File
- Use the link provided in your email or candidate portal to open your Pre-Employment File.
2. Upload Required Documents
- Upload the requested documents (such as Govt mandated proofs, copy of your ID, or specimen signature).
- Follow the requested file name for each. [Example: BirthCertificate_Surname]
- Make sure each document is clear, complete, and readable.
3. Check Your Progress
- Review the list of required documents and confirm all uploads are complete.
- If a required document is missing, you’re not going to be able to submit it.
4. Submit and Confirm
- Once all documents are uploaded, submit your Pre-Employment File.
