Your Role:

As a Operational Excellence & Compliance Lead, you will:

• Lead HSSE and Operational Excellence audits, manage the safety culture platform, and conduct follow-up reviews including CCTV analysis.
• Direct daily operations across POS, analytics, customer service, and master data management to ensure cross-departmental efficiency.
• Generate integrated dashboards and reports to track operational KPIs, ROI, and performance trends for senior management.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled team, setting clear operational priorities and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with GM-level leadership and internal departments (IT, Property, Maintenance) to align support functions with corporate goals.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading large, diverse offshore teams in a high-velocity retail or fuel environment.
• Deep understanding of HSSE standards, audit processes, and regulatory requirements in a safety-critical industry.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and interpreting complex metrics to drive ROI and store-level improvements.
• Ability to resolve complex operational queries and manage high-pressure escalations effectively.
• Skill in influencing senior stakeholders and integrating workflows across IT, operations, and compliance departments.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience in the oil, gas, or convenience retail sector, particularly with franchise operations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement disciplined measurement practices and standardized operating procedures.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Experience managing complex master data sets and point-of-sale support systems.
• A track record of fostering a high-engagement, customer-focused team culture in an offshore/remote setup.
