About the Role

Job Summary:

The ICT Transition Specialist coordinates and supports the onboarding and transition of ICT services, ensuring they are delivered accurately and ready for operations. You will work across multiple teams to track deliverables, align requirements, and ensure service readiness—playing a key role in delivering a smooth and seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience in telecom or managed services who enjoys hands-on coordination, working across teams, and making things happen.

As a ICT Transition Specialist, you will ensure ICT services are successfully onboarded, aligned, and ready for operational delivery by coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end service transitions and onboarding activities
  • Manage and track deliverables to ensure services are ready for operational handover
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align timelines and requirements
  • Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and customer teams
  • Identify and help manage risks, issues, and changes impacting service delivery
  • Ensure all transition documentation is complete, accurate, and meets quality standards
  • Maintain clear records of service setup, progress, and delivery status
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and status tracking to stakeholders
  • Support workshops, discussions, and requirement gathering sessions
  • Ensure adherence to service management processes and quality frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO)
  • Assist in continuous improvement through feedback and post-transition reviews

What You Need:

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in ICT / Managed Services / Telecommunications
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting service delivery, onboarding, or transition activities in ICT environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or service transitions simultaneously
  • Experience with ServiceNow and MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Proactive in seeking clarity, connecting the dots, and keeping work moving forward
  • Ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward with minimal supervision

Required Experience

  • Experience in telco, network services, or enterprise ICT environments
  • Exposure to service delivery frameworks (ITSM, ISO, or similar)
  • Familiarity with operational handover and service readiness processes
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
