Your Role:
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using Netsuite and Excel.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights that support organizational decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain strict data accuracy and integrity across Netsuite and Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial processes and address ad-hoc reporting needs.

What You Need:
Non negotiables:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• High level of proficiency in Netsuite and Excel (including advanced modeling and data manipulation).
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred to support integrated data workflows.
• Ability to work independently and succeed within a remote, distributed team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial data sets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with cross-functional departments.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and financial compliance.
