Your Role: As an SEO Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct keyword research using provided tools and guidelines.

  • Implement on-page SEO updates including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content optimizations.

  • Assist with technical SEO tasks such as identifying broken links, redirects, duplicate content, and crawl issues.

  • Support backlink outreach and link-building activities as directed.

  • Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content for search engines.

  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using analytics tools.

  • Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements.

What You Need: Non-negotiables

  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization.

  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and search engine ranking factors.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., keyword research tools, site audit tools, rank trackers).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.

  • Basic understanding of HTML or website structure.

  • Experience supporting an agency or multiple client accounts.

  • Knowledge of local SEO or eCommerce SEO.
