Position Purpose:
Implements and adheres to the latest IT network practices and standards. The IT Network Administrator aims to create a secure, stable, and high-performance network environment for the business.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
The IT Specialist for Network Infrastructure Group will be responsible for the following:

Manage and maintain network infrastructure for all company endpoints

Ensure the network is compliant with ISO and CIS standards.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the network.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network resources.

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

4-6 years of network administration experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
-
Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected

Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
-
Proven experience in managing cross brand network equipment at scale(minimum 2000 endpoints)

Experience with documenting procedures

A Cisco certification such as CCNA is desirable
