Eastwood, Ortigas, Bay Area, BGC, Cebu

Position Purpose:

Implements and adheres to the latest IT network practices and standards. The IT Network Administrator aims to create a secure, stable, and high-performance network environment for the business.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

The IT Specialist for Network Infrastructure Group will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure for all company endpoints

  • Ensure the network is compliant with ISO and CIS standards.

  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

  • Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the network.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network resources.

  • Network Protocols: Understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and the ability to configure and troubleshoot network communication.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Capability to maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

  • 4-6 years of network administration experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language

  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected

  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues

  • Proven experience in managing cross brand network equipment at scale(minimum 2000 endpoints)

  • Experience with documenting procedures

  • A Cisco certification such as CCNA is desirable
