Your role:

This role is suited to seasoned graduates (5-10+ years experience) or senior draftspersons who lead documentation, technical coordination, and mentor junior staff. It provides technical leadership within project teams and contributes to the studio's technical standards.

CORE RESPONIBILITIES

• Autonomously lead the production of Revit documentation packages across phases.

• Resolve complex technical and detailing issues.

• Ensure drawings meet regulatory and QA requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage consultant coordination for documentation.

• Lead internal Revit standards and technical processes.

• Oversee construction documentation and site-related coordination.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5-10+ years architectural or Revit drafting experience.

• Advanced Revit capability.

• Understanding of Australian NCC/BCA.

• Experience coordinating consultants and resolving site issues.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
