Position: Backend Developer – .NET Core & SQL Server

Your Role:

As a Backend Developer – .NET Core & SQL Server, you will:

• Design and develop scalable and secure enterprise applications capable of handling high traffic.
• Build and maintain robust REST APIs utilizing .NET Core backend development best practices.
• Manage SQL Server databases, optimizing queries, performance, and data modeling.
• Apply best-security techniques to secure APIs and microservices.
• Work autonomously with high ownership and proactivity to deliver high-performing backend solutions.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 3+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with .NET Core
• Solid experience with SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, and data modeling)
• Proven background in building and maintaining REST APIs
• Ability to work autonomously, take complete ownership, and operate proactively

Preferred skills/expertise

• AWS Cloud experience
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, or Next.js)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience in system design or solution architecture
• Experience with agentic programming in a team environment
