Your Role:

As an Identity and Access Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support and issue resolution for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup, troubleshooting, and re-enrollment across Microsoft Entra ID and OneLogin platforms.
• Process password reset requests securely and assist users with self-service password reset (SSPR) configurations and troubleshooting using ServiceDesk Plus.
• Guide users through the setup, troubleshooting, and re-registration of the Microsoft Authenticator application.
• Verify user identity using approved protocols before executing resets and access changes.
• Maintain and update technical support documentation and knowledge base articles for identity and authentication procedures.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or identity management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and OneLogin administration
• Experience using ServiceDesk Plus or similar ticketing platforms
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and identity lifecycle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with SSO, conditional access policies, and identity governance
• Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator or equivalent
• Knowledge of security compliance standards
