Job Summary

As an Outbound Telemarketing Officer, you will play a key role in securing appointments for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and effectively present relevant products and services. You will also maintain an accurate customer database, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies. Success in this role means consistently exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role.
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and data privacy compliance.

Experience

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and track progress.
• Background in engaging with business prospects and handling objections professionally.

Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting sales conversations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
