As a Product Administrator, you will:

• CI Management: Resolve spelling, link, and content errors in the Continuous Improvement queue.
• LMS Updates: Upload resources and build basic course pages using H5P or standard templates.
• Resource Templating: Format assessments and apply consistent file naming and version control.
• Quality Assurance: Run pre-release checklists to verify content accuracy and functionality.
• Team Admin: Maintain task trackers, update change logs, and support audit preparation.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• LMS Operations: Practical experience managing content within Learning Management Systems.
• Detail Orientation: Sharp eye for formatting inconsistencies and typographical errors.
• Digital Literacy: Ability to fix broken links, manage file attachments, and build basic web pages.
• Task Management: High level of organization to handle multiple work queues and deadlines.
• Standardization: Disciplined approach to following templates and strict naming conventions.
  

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Interactive Content: Familiarity with creating H5P activities or interactive learning tools.
• Instructional Support: Experience working within a product development or learning design team.
• Data Tracking: Skill in maintaining clear audit trails and project status reports.
• Operational Agility: Ability to assist with administrative overflow during peak release periods.
• Brand Alignment: Experience applying different styles and templates across multiple brands.
