Position: Order Entry / Customer Service

Site: Eastwood, Quezon City

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely fulfillment

• Monitoring our 3PL warehouse portals to ensure that all orders are moving and on time

• Monitoring customer portals(Costco, Target, Ect) making sure every order has tracking and is on time

• Basic understanding of customer service

• Will help when needed on customer service tickets

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and work from a dual monitor setup.

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Great organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to multitask and strong excel, word and outlook 365 skills.

• Experience in Order entry portals and shipping carriers. Customer service experience.
