Your Role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate RMS’s brand identity and enhance user engagement across digital and print platforms. You will:

Design and produce digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.

Collaborate with product teams to create compelling visual representations of our product.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Develop graphics for events, webinars, and thought leadership content.

Explore AI tools and technologies to gain efficiencies and enhance creative output where appropriate.

Take responsibility for projects from concept to delivery while actively partnering with cross-functional teams.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and UI/UX design.
• Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Data-informed creativity: Ability to use analytics to refine design strategies.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
