Your Role:

The Organization Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and culture. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to drive change management, capability building, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Organization Development & Design

  • Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals

  • Review and improve organizational structure, roles, and workflows

  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and capability assessments

  • Support leadership in workforce planning and succession planning

Change Management

  • Lead and support change management initiatives across departments

  • Develop change communication and engagement plans

  • Assess change impact and implement mitigation strategies

  • Coach leaders on managing teams through transformation

Talent & Capability Development

  • Design learning and development programs to build critical capabilities

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend development interventions

  • Support leadership development and coaching programs

  • Collaborate with L&D teams on training strategy and execution

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee

  • Lead engagement surveys and analyze results to identify action plans

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to improve retention and engagement

  • Promote values-based behaviors across the organization


Performance & Effectiveness

  • Support performance management framework design and improvements

  • Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and provide insights

  • Recommend solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to execute OD initiatives

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and strategic discussions

  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or

  • related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in Organization Development, HR, or related field

  • Strong background in change management, talent development, or HR strategy

  • Experience facilitating workshops and organizational assessments

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with employee engagement tools and OD frameworks is an advantage
