Your Role:

As a Revit Drafter, you will:

  • Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations 

  • Translate architectural concept designs into detailed architectural drawings using Revit 

  • Produce architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance with guidance from the Architect 

  • Utilize Enscape for visualization while developing Revit models

  • Liaise with councils and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints 

  • Ensure all designs and documentation adhere to NSW planning laws and building codes 

  • Participate in project coordination and documentation tasks to support the overall design team 

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification 

  • Proficiency in Revit and Enscape

  • Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training will be provided) 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic architectural environment 

Preferred skills/expertise/experience

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred 

  • Previous experience in architectural documentation or a similar drafting role
