Your Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Schedule site inspections for residential and commercial properties ensuring
  • efficient schedules for Site Inspectors.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with site contact to schedule site inspections in accordance with agreed timeframes
  • Keep clients informed on the status and progress of their job
  • Ensure travel time between sites is sufficient when booking site inspections
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to site inspectors
  • Check for previously inspected properties/developments and recommend actions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating tasks
  • Customer service/customer focused role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Data entry
  • Exceptional standard of customer service
  • Preferred Skills
  • Qualifications in Business or Administration are desirable.
