Position: Student Payments Officer (Senior)

Your Role:

• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all payments received.
• Debtors chasing and follow-up communications.
• Checking agent commission payables for invoice processing.
• Reconciling student payment records and account balances.
• Responding to student and agent payment enquiries.
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Solid understanding of basic accounts receivable, invoicing processes, and payment reconciliation.
• Prior hands-on experience in data entry, accounts receivable, finance administration, or a finance-heavy customer service role.
• High-level data entry skills with a proven track record of working quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for conducting debtor chasing and handling student/agent inquiries.

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Experience in Accounting softwares (MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Previous experience navigating finance systems or Student Management Systems (SMS)
