Your Role:

As a QA Analyst, you will:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across web and/or backend systems.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Support release cycles by validating deployments and ensuring production readiness.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
Experience in manual testing for web or application-based systems
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar)

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
