Your Role:
As a Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications via email and web messaging to resolve travel-related queries.
  • Process complex travel transactions including flights, upgrades, and add-ons across proprietary and third-party systems.
  • Handle internal and external voice calls while maintaining a primary focus on non-voice operational tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on own work and team output to ensure service accuracy before finalization.
  • Prioritize and switch between multiple work queues and systems based on immediate business urgency.
  • Update data, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback to improve current processes.
  • What You Need:

    Non-negotiables:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt to diverse international cultures.
  • Demonstrated numeracy skills, including the ability to perform complex cost calculations and manage global time zone conversions.
  • Proven experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple proprietary web applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-velocity environment requiring rapid task switching.
  • Minimum of 2 years of completed college education.

  • Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Prior experience in travel industry operations or high-volume customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail when performing cost calculations and quality audits.
  • Proven ability to provide specialist advice or "subject matter expert" support to internal team members.
  • Previous success in environments requiring the use of multiple integrated software platforms.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings or weekends as required by operational demand.
