Position: Sales Support – Bid Team Pricing Assistant
Location: Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City

What You'll Need:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Tender Administration, or a similar commercial support role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data validation.
• Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, tenders, bids, and pricing submissions.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or sales support systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
