Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer email enquiries via Gorgias.
• Respond to live chat enquiries via Gorgias.
• Create and edit customer orders via Shopify.
• Create and edit orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Respond to and assist the retail and operations teams with customer and order-related enquiries.
• Contribute to team meetings and internal communication channels.

Qualifications:

• High-level problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Strong ability to handle live chat conversations.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Gorgias (preferred).
• Experience in E-commerce.
• Experience using Shopify.
• Experience with courier platforms.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
