Your Role:

As a Power BI Developer, you will:

Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, visual reports, and KPI scorecards.
Develop and maintain robust semantic data models, data relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS) configurations.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex DAX calculations, measures, and time-intelligence functions.
Create and manage ETL processes using Power Query and M-code to integrate data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, deliver actionable insights, and drive BI adoption.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence platforms, with deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Report Server).
Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), including writing queries, views, and stored procedures.
Strong experience with DAX, including complex calculations, performance optimization, and time-intelligence functions.
Extensive experience with Power Query and M-code for data transformation and preparation.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star Schema design, fact tables, and dimension tables.

Preferred skills/expertise

Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Synapse Analytics and Data Lake.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, APIs, ERP, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Power BI Service administration, including workspace management, data gateways, scheduled refreshes, and security configurations.
Strong understanding of dashboard design principles, data visualization best practices, UI/UX concepts, and data storytelling.
